Stomach ulcers, rheumatoid arthritis and liver disorders can be treated by consuming raw potato juice. Potato juice benefits the digestive system by drastically reducing the chances of constipation. Drinking raw potato juice diluted in water helps avoid constipation. Digestive disorders are also effectively treated with the raw juice of pink potatoes. Half a cup of potato juice mixed with warm water can be had every morning to help relieve constipation, peptic ulcers and dry skin conditions. Raw potato juice also acts as an effective liver cleanser. To cleanse the liver, it is advisable to consume raw potato juice half an hour before breakfast. Potato juice also helps treat gastritis and gastrointestinal disorders. Having raw potato juice at least two to three times a day half an hour before meals can prove beneficial to health and skin.

Always use raw potatoes to prepare the juice. Peel and grate the potatoes. The grated shreds can be squeezed together to extract the juice. The raw potato juice may not find favor among some. To resolve this problem, potato juice can be mixed with other healthy juices such as carrot, kiwi, cucumbers or radish juices with a teaspoon of honey to make it a both a tasty as well as a healthy drink.
