As for dietary measures, consume foods that are rich in Vitamin C, which has antioxidant properties that help in curing rashes. You can find Vitamin C in citrus fruits like oranges, lemon, and sweet lime. You must also avoid all kinds of fermented foods like yogurt, condiments and pickles. Also keep processed bread products at bay – foods like burgers and pizzas. These foods are often the cause of allergies.
