To take care of the existing infection, mix a teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide to this warm water, along with a little soap to wash the genital area. Hydrogen peroxide works as an antiseptic and that will help to kill the infection faster. Just as the body flushes liquid waste from the system, the infection too can be flushed out of the body. For this, drink at least 9 to 10 liters of water every day. This will help in flushing out the infection considerable. Apart from the water, you can also have fresh fruit juices to help flush out the system. But make sure that the juices are fresh, canned juices contain added sugar which will prove detrimental in this condition. Increase the amount of yogurt that you have everyday. Yogurt contains live bacteria that help in eliminating the infection. If you enjoy having carbonated drinks on a regular basis, avoid having them for some time, as they are known to aggravate the situation. Drink warm milk, with turmeric powder added to it, every night before going to sleep.
