This is very useful in keeping your body decently hydrated. It will also generally improve the quality of your health. In particular, try to drink two tall glasses of water before bedtime. There is a possibility that you may be woken by a full bladder at night if you do this, but this is a small discomfort to face. Also, each time you wake up, you should also make it a point to drink a glass of water. This will also help with getting rid of the dry mouth problems that you are experiencing.
