You may also mix equal portions of yogurt and vinegar and massage your elbows with this mixture every day. This makes the skin of the elbows softer and lighter in tone. Another remedy is to mix two teaspoons of gram flour, a teaspoon of turmeric powder and a little milk to obtain a thick paste. Smear this on the elbows and rinse it off once it dries out completely. This will solve the problem in a couple of weeks.
