Changing Skin Color, Skin Evolution: How to Reduce Tan or Skin Discoloration? What is Skin evolution? How can I turn my wrinkled skin into Glowing one?

Skin Evolution And Changing Skin Color

Changing the color of your skin and making it more lustrous is two different things to treat. Changing the color of your skin is something that can only be done to a limited extent. This is because the reason that people are colored differently is a matter of genetic predisposition and hereditary fate. This is the reason why people who can trace their racial lineage to places in tropical belts are darker in complexion than people outside the tropical belts are. This is a product of evolution. The reason why we are colored the way we are is because of the skin pigment melanin that is created by melanocyte cells in the skin. People who live in the tropics require more of this skin pigment because melanin is a natural sunscreen. Melanin absorbs the ultraviolet radiation that comes from the sun; this is the reason why we have melanin – to prevent our skin being damaged by ultraviolet light.

Skin Discoloration And How To Reduce Tan

Having stated the role of evolution, humans are also prone to getting darker despite a lesser amount of melanin creating cells in the skin. This is because when ultraviolet light hits the skin, it oxidizes it and makes it slightly darker. If the exposure is extremely high then through a process of melanogenesis, more melanin is created and a permanent tan occurs. To reduce any sort of tan or discoloration in the skin, the remedy lies in a process called skin bleaching. This can be done by the use of creams that contain hydroquinone or Tretinoin, but can also be done at home with the use of vitamin C. To try skin bleaching at home, take a couple of onions, dice them finely, and squeeze the juice out of them. Once you have done this, squeeze a lemon into the onion juice. You now have a mixture that is high in vitamin C. Apply this to your skin continuously every day and you will start seeing the effects in a matter of weeks. This treatment will have to be done for a few months until you stop seeing any major differences.

Glowing Skin

Glowing skin basically requires that you get rid of some of the old and wrinkled skin that is stuck on your body. This is an ease task that requires you to exfoliate. This can also be done at home using lemon juice rubbed into the skin and left like that for three minutes. After that, rub some sugar or salt over your face to literally sandpaper off the dead skin. You will immediately start to notice a difference in your skin.
