Brown Spots Foot, : Please suggest Home remedies to get rid of brown spots on the soles of feet?
Foot soles:
Foot soles are another name for shoe inserts that are used to deal with many feet related problems. Foot soles can be used to alleviate the problems associated with flat feet or feet pain. Before you actually go out and buy yourself a pair of foot soles, you will have to determine if you have flat feet. Flat feet are a condition where the foot does not have a normal arch. You can be flat footed in either one foot or both feet. Try the following tests to see if you have flat feet:-
1. Evaluation of shoes: Put your shoes on a table and look at them from behind. Check if the shoe sole is evenly worn out. If the inside of the sole, particularly in the heel area is more worn out, it will mean that you are flat footed. A flat foot will also cause the upper part of the shoe to lean inward over the sole. Keep in mind that both shoes should appear worn out in the same way.
2. Foot print test: Wet your feet and then put them on a concrete surface. Now examine the mark that is made. You will find that the front of the foot will be joined to the heel by a strip. A person who is flat footed will find that the strip is the same width as that of the front of the foot.
Do get your feet examined by an orthopedic surgeon as he will be able to make a correct diagnosis. He may recommend foot soles or shoe inserts to alleviate the problems of flat feet. Flat foot insoles are widely used in clinics and private and public hospitals. The foot soles are designed to raise the arch, reduce pain and realign the foot.
Soles of feet:
At times, one may experience a severe burning sensation on the soles of the feet. This could be due to the burning feet syndrome or Grierson-Gopalan syndrome. This condition affects women more than men. This burning sensation may even occur in the lower legs or ankles of some people. This syndrome can be due to pressure being put on the peripheral nerves or it can be an inherited condition. Treatment consists of wearing open and comfortable shoes, with arch supports. Temporary relief can be gained by soaking the feet in cold water.
The soles of feet may also have dry, flaky and peeling skin. This could be due to a fungal infection like Athlete’s foot. Itching on the soles of feet could be indicative of Athlete’s foot. Apply an anti fungal powder for relief. Dry peeling skin on soles of feet could also be due to eczema. Visit your doctor as he will be able to determine the cause of this feeling.
Brown spots on feet:
People suffering from diabetes may face many problems due to the excess sugar in their blood. These include foot and skin problems (like small brown spots on feet), heart problems, and kidney problems and so on. A skin condition called diabetic dermopathy affects the blood vessels that supply blood to the skin. This condition gives rise to light brown spots which can be circular or oval. These resemble age spots. These spots are also known as skin spots and are not painful. The important factor in preventing skin complications such as brown spots on the feet includes keeping diabetes under control. Brown spots on the feet and hands could also be due to the sun. They are also known as sun spots.
Spots of feet:
There are times when people get itchy spots on feet which lead to red and swollen feet as well. This could be due to some kind of inflammation. The inflammation could be a result of vascular disorders, joint disorders, and skin infection and so on. Check with your doctor for a proper diagnosis if this is the case.
Brown spot on foot:
A brown spot on foot can be either dark or light in color. Such brown spots are usually a result of hyperpigmentation.
Brown spots on bottom of feet:
It is not usual to see brown spots on bottom of feet and as mentioned above, these are usually a sign of hyperpigmentation. If hyperpigmentation is the cause, then you have nothing to worry about. However, at times, these brown spots on the soles of your feet could also be due to excessive insulin in the body. If you notice such brown spots on bottom of feet, do consult a dermatologist immediately to find out the reason behind this.
Dark spots on feet:
The dry skin on your feet could cause flaky and rough skin and dark spots on feet as well. Try some simple home remedies to remove this. Simply moisturizing and scrubbing away dead skin can restore the natural color of your feet. Make a homemade scrub using fresh strawberries, olive oil, almond oil or apricot oil. Add one tablespoon of chunky coarse sea salt to this. After soaking and washing your feet with soap, massage the strawberry foot scrub into your feet. Pay more attention to the dark spots. Continue the massage till the dark spots fade. You can even try rubbing a pumice stone into the dark spots daily. Shea butter or liquid Vitamin E will help as well. Rub the liquid vitamin E into the dark spots before going to sleep. Leave on overnight.
Spots on bottom of feet:
Sometimes you may notice tiny black dark spots on the bottom of feet. These are caused by a virus that may have infected the skin. Such spots may be difficult to spot and if small, are usually not painless. They usually occur in areas where the skin is rough. These spots might also be a plantar wart or a verruca. Plantar warts are caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV). These warts are contagious. Signs of such warts are tiny black dots on the surface of thickened skin and pain when you are walking.
Black spots on bottom of feet:
Tiny black spots on bottom of feet could be due to plantar warts. These warts are caused by a viral infection and are sometimes mistaken for corns or calluses. These warts have tiny black spots which represent bleeding within the wart.
Brown Spots Feet
Brown spot on the bottom of the foot:
A mole could be the reason for a brown spot on the bottom of the foot. It is advisable to contact a dermatologist who can give you a proper diagnosis.
Brown spots are quite unusual to be found on the soles of the feet and are usually a sign of hyperpigmentation. At some times, this is not a condition that one needs to be very concerned about because it could just happen spontaneously when you expose the soles of your feet to continuous sunlight. Perhaps, you might have even just put your feet up in the sun where the ultraviolet radiation took its course. However, a spot of hyperpigmentation would not sufficiently explain this, which is what gives rise to a concern that something could possibly be wrong with your blood insulin levels as well. However, this theory is a bit of a stretch as well because the hyperpigmentation that can occur with high blood insulin usually never happens in the soles of the feet. It would be worth getting this brown spotting checked by a dermatologist and getting some blood tests and scans done.
Home Remedies Hyperpigmentation Spots
Typically, in the skin, hyperpigmentation can occur spontaneously on triggers like hormonal changes, scarring, liver spots, and over exposure to the sun. Our skin contains a bunch of cells called melanocyte cells that are responsible for creating a substance called melanin in the body. This melanin is then fed into the skin that creates a moderately brown hue. The more the melanin in the skin, the more brown or dark it may seem. On exposure to sunlight, the melanin’s primary role is to serve as a sun block. This is because melanin has a chemical property that allows it to convert ultraviolet radiation to heat. It is this, and only this, mechanism that makes it safe for humans to wander around in day light. In the absence of melanin or if you expose yourself too long in harsh sunlight, the ultraviolet radiation gets through the melanin barrier and damages skin DNA. Another by-product of over exposure is a natural reaction from the body called melanogenesis that causes a lot of melanin to be produced in the skin, slowly and permanently darkening it.
Brown Spots Foot
The skin at the foot consists of a lot of dead skin and you need to remove many layers of this by using a solution of salicylic acid that can break down skin protein safely. Wash your feet daily in this. Next, make a solution out of diced and squeezed onions and lemons. Immerse your feet in this solution while giving your self a nice foot massage.
