Obesity has become a common problem not only among elders but also among children. Owing to increasing economy our life styles has changed tremendously.
There are various reasons for obesity. It could happen because of hereditary factors or because of eating habits. The most common reason for obesity is wrong eating habits, which anyone can develop at any age.
Our children have become couch potatoes. They involve themselves with activities, which have less movement, which is one of the major reasons for obesity. Eating habits have changed; less of home cooked food and more of fast foods that contain lot of fatty substances trigger obesity.
