As you sit place your hands on the knees. You can close your eyes as you keep a straight posture and breathe in a normal manner. After a few breaths in the sitting position, relax the hands and let it go limp. Release the weight of your body on the legs and lie on your back while stretching the legs ahead of you. Now place your hands behind the body at the back and relax in this position. Rest in this manner till the count of 10 and continue once again the entire process.
