Psychic meditation is an excellent way to begin seeing.

This sort of meditation consists of the practice of creating space for yourself. By creating space, you let yourself to stop and take a deeper look at things around. You begin to become more aware of your energy field: your own aura. The more you practise Psychic meditation, the better and clearer your intuitions get. Of course, this calls for some time and dedicated practice.

Where is your energy going?

At this moment, stop right where you are and see if you can count the number of things going through your head right now. If you're like most people, your attention may be divided in many places at once.

You may feel rushed and impatient. You may not even want to take the time to really experience this exercise! But just stop and notice what comes up, and where your attention is going.

When your attention is divided, so is your energy. Another way to say this is wherever your attention goes. Remember, together with those thoughts, there also goes a lot of your energy. So, when you are thinking about your kid at school or college, you transmit some of your energy there, to your child. When you make a mental list of things to do at the store – stuck in your car in traffic – some of your vital energies are actually going out to the supermarket....shopping!

Hence, the importance of psychic meditation in everyday life.

Even short spans of meditation will help. Just take a break every now and then, breathe, and observe where your attention is. See how your body feels. Then notice things going on around you. Just make it a practice to be present to the situation you are in. You may think of psychic meditation as a mental mini-vacation.

Technique of psychic meditation

Sit on a chair and keep your feet flat on the floor, in an easy but upright position.

Close your eyes and begin to be aware of the space immediately around your body. This is your aura. Observe whether one side feels different from the other. Do you feel stable imbalanced? Do you feel as if more energy is in front of you compared to behind?

If you find other thoughts coming into and crisscrossing your mind, just observe them. Don't try to shove them away. Whatever you are thinking about, remember that energy is in your space right now and all you are doing is seeing what’s there.

It's just like gazing around the room and making a note of who and what’s in it.

Take a couple deep breaths, and just remain in the present. You may picture yourself gathering your attention from anywhere right now. Decide to be there. Just before you complete the process, sop and imagine a big ball of light above your head. It represents your energy returning to you, in your natural state of absolute bliss.

Make a note of what color is there right now. Envisage this energy drop and go down through the crown of your head then fill up your whole body and your aura with You.

When you open your eyes see if things are different, look and feel different. Do this a couple times every day, and you will be well on the road to cultivating higher intuition. An odd thing takes place when you start creating space to be yourself. The more you practise it, the more you will intuitively notice things, more unexpected coincidences start to happen, and you begin to attract people and resources to help you along the path. Hold the thought that you can discover and participate in universal resources such as wealth and prosperity, good health, vacations, higher studies and more. If you permit yourself to connect to what you want – believe this! – it will come true.
