This can be done by running at pace for a period of 30 seconds and count every time your right foot touches the surface. Reduce your pace to a jog for about 30 seconds to recover before you run at pace again for a period of thirty seconds and try and increase your count by a few steps.

However, it is highly recommended that you avoid putting your body under a deadline that is linked to a very stringent timeline as the rest days are as important as the days of training as they help the muscles, tendons and respiratory organs to recover from the strain that they are being placed under. It is actually these periods in which the muscles are able to build and repair themselves. Simply running every day without any rest is unlikely to see you reap any benefits.
