The fastest way to burn visceral fat is by exercising.  There are two kinds of fat in our bodies- subcutaneous, or fat below the skin, and visceral or fat that surrounds the organs. Excess visceral fat is the more dangerous as it is correlated to health problems like heart disease, diabetes and hypertension and strokes. A good diet coupled with exercise helps to burn this fat. This fat is the easiest to put on and also the easiest to rid yourself of. The type of exercise you perform depends on your level of fitness.

Burn Abdominal Fat
There are several ways to burn abdominal fat. These include eating high protein foods such as beans, eggs, whole grains, oatmeal, and low calorie dairy products. Avoid processed foods and desserts. Include lots of fruits and vegetables. Reduce salt intake. Eliminate trans fats from your diet completely. Do cardio exercises. Swimming, aerobics, running, dancing or rollerblading help too.
